Exchange and Refund Policy

For Exchange or refund due to Damage or Product Fault.

    • Complete shipment arrives broken or damaged
    • Product does not match key features in online description
    • Product is sent in the wrong style or quantity
    • Partial shipment arrives damaged or broken
  • In the event, inform the store within 24hrs via Whatsapp, Email or Phone Call (Include Pictures)
  • If proven faulty, all charges will be borne by Kidsisland.lk.

7 Days Exchange and Refund Policy

For exchanges – If you simply wish to exchange the product with another

  • Exchange at Store
    • Exchange is only possible within 7 days after receiving the item
    • You may bring it to our store along with the receipt and get it exchanged.
    • The product should be in its Original Condition & Packing. (We will not accept return otherwise)
    • The exchanged product should be equal or higher in value than the previously purchased product.
    • The difference in value can be paid by Credit/Debit card or Cash.
  • To exchange via delivery:
    • Exchange is only possible within 7 days after receiving the item
    • We will arrange pickup for the item you hold. It should be in its Original Condition and Packing (Used items will not be accepted).
    • Email the receipt to [email protected]
    • Once the product is picked up and returned to our store, we will inspect the product for condition.
    • If the criteria’s are passed, we will deliver the item you want in exchange.
    • The exchanged product should be equal or higher in value than the previously purchased product.
    • The difference in value can be paid by Credit/Debit card or Cash.
    • Up and down courier charges to be borne by customer.
    • These courier charges may differ from the usual courier charges at the checkout page.

For refund –If you wish to get a refund

  • Refund at Store
    • Refund is only possible within 7 days after receiving the item
    • You may bring it to our store and get it Refunded.
    • The product should be in its Original Condition & Packing. (We will not accept return otherwise)
    • Delivery Charges will not include in the refund.
    • A sum of Rs.150/- processing fee will be deducted from the Original Amount
    • If the original payment was made by Credit/Debit Card an addition 3% Bank Charges will be deducted from the original amount.
    • If the original payment was made by Credit/Debit Card refunds can either be made back to the card used to make the payment or given in cash depending on customer’s preference
    • In the event of Card Refund it will take 7 to 10 working days to appear on your bank statement. If the refund doesn’t appear after 10 Working days, please email us immediately to [email protected]
  • Refund via Delivery
    • Refund is only possible within 7 days after receiving the item
